This project was a tenant improvement performed by Polk and Associates.
Ursa was tasked with the electrical and energy management scope of the project. This included lighting controls and controls for the refrigeration system.
Barracks Building #3750 Fort Cambell, KY
This project was the renovation of an existing barracks performed by Global Go.
Ursa was tasked with providing power, communications wiring, and infrastructure for the building controls system.
Trader Joe’s #664 Green Hills, TN
This project was the refrigeration upgrade of an active grocery store performed by Polk and Associates.
Ursa was tasked with the electrical and energy management scope of this project. This included integrating the existing lighting for the building into the upgraded energy management system as well as controls for the new refrigeration system.
